Renovation of an exclusive commercial property

After a two-and-a-half year planning and construction phase, the ZARA fashion group recently moved into its new flagship store in the former BALLY building at Bahnhofstrasse 66. The legendary Bally spheres have also been restored to their former glory. 

The planning and implementation of this highly successful undertaking was a joint project involving the client (PSP Swiss Property), WBG Visual Communications, site management (Continium Baumanagement AG), the Office for Cultural Heritage Preservation and RAMSEIER & ASSOCIATES LTD.
