The imposing center, on the prestigious Rue de la Confédération, is based on a concept developed by Ramseier & Associates Ltd. (1st prize in the competition). Realization was in the hands of Itten+Brechbühl SA, Lausanne, and the general contractor Steiner SA, Geneva.
